Their second half was better although it’s worth noting Collingwood were two men down after half time and had basically just one on the bench for the last quarter. The reigning premiers are in the eight for the first time this season.

Luke Edwards becomes the unlikely man to get another goal for the Eagles, He’s only kicked one other goal in his career which also came against the Pies back in 2022. It’s built off some nice work through the middle with the Pies tiring with Howe, Bytel and Harrison injured.
