The sounds of music, laughter and dancing filled Bornholm Hall on Saturday night as locals took to the dance floor for a bicentenary dinner dance celebration.

Around 60 people gathered for the special evening, dressing for the occasion in elegant gowns, smart suits and dancing shoes ready for a night to remember.

The event brought the community together for an evening centred around good food, live music and old fashioned fun.

Guests wasted no time once the music started, quickly filling the dance floor and moving through a mix of traditional partner dances and lively line dances.

The hall buzzed with energy throughout the night as dancers twirled across the floor.

Adding to the atmosphere was live music from Camp Fire Country, who kept the tunes rolling all evening and ensured there was rarely an empty dance floor.

Between dances, guests enjoyed a two-course meal that became another highlight of the night, giving everyone a chance to relax and catch-up.

As the evening went on, the music continued and dancers enjoyed a night out filled with celebration, connection and community spirit.
