Students from local primary schools showcased their environmental documentaries last Friday at the Cultural Centre.
The movies were made during the past year, documenting students’ involvement with Nature Conservation’s Our Patch education program.
The films included drone footage of the Margaret River, time-lapse recordings of local waterways, interviews with local environmental workers, and well-informed narration by students.
Schools involved included Cowaramup, Margaret River, Karridale and Augusta primaries, Margaret River Independent School and Montessori.
