Brookfield Connect will host a Spring Garden Market and Fair in October and are on the hunt for stallholders.

Brookfield Connect committee member Margaret Ruello said it was $10 to host a stall, and anyone from Margaret River could register.

“The spirit of the fair is community connectedness ... we are looking for stallholders show-casing anything to do with gardens,” she said.

“Potted plants, herbs, veggies, flowers, bulbs, bird houses, decorated pots, homemade or recycled garden furniture, fairy items for magic gardens and second-hand gardening books can be sold.”

The committee are also planning to have guest speakers to run workshops on permaculture, chemical-free weeding and how to attract birds to your garden.

The event takes place on October 7 at Leschenaultia Park in Brookfield.

Stallholders have until September 15 to register.
