The Witchcliffe Vintage Fair is on again this weekend, with gold coin donations on the door of Witchcliffe Hall going to local charity River Angels.

Celebrating 12 years on the main street of Witchcliffe, stalls and other offerings set up tomorrow, November 2, from 9am to 2pm.

Event organiser Jo Bregazzi who owns The Tiny Store Witchcliffe said she was very “happy and humbled” the annual event had become a staple in many residents’ calendar.

“The event brings together purveyors of all things retro, vintage and antique from vinyl records to clothes, homewares and exotic overseas items and ‘mantiques’,” she said.

“Music vibes will abound, with Squid on guitar playing live.

“The hall kitchen will be hosted once again by the fabulous ladies from the Country Women’s Association Cowaramup with scones and cream, tea, cupcakes and quiche and sandwiches.

“There’s even a coffee van in attendance.”

Also on the day is a $10 raffle with a one in 100 chance of winning a swag of donations from local operators including Amato Vino Wines, McHenry Hohnen and Lazarus Horticultural Services.

Attendees were encouraged to dress in vintage clothes and bring cash because many operators lacked electronic payment methods.
