Arabian nights for West Busselton’s school production
Students at West Busselton Primary School are preparing to get on stage for this year’s production Ali Baba and the Bongo Bandits.
The story takes place in the bustling bazaar of Old Baghdad and is narrated by the character Alakazam.
Three wealthy Sheiks arrive with jewels as birthday gifts for Sultan Pepper, but chaos ensues when bandits steal their precious gifts from under their wealthy noses.
The students have been rehearsing since the beginning of term, and the team behind the scenes have been busy with costumes and props.
Evening shows will be held on Wednesday and Thursday this week, with tickets available from trybooking.com/UVPG.
Student tickets are $3 and adults are $15.
