The Busselton Repertory Club’s South West On Stage variety shows raised more than $3000 for Busselton Hospice Care.

The four shows, which were performed at Busselton’s Weld Theatre in late September, raised $6400, with $3200 donated to the hospice.

Repertory club and Busselton Hospice Care board member Ingrid Windsor said the four shows were all close to sold out.

“The audiences commented on the great variety in the line-up, and the great laughs they had,” she said.

The other $3200 will go towards improving the theatre’s sound system.
