A major police incident is underway at a house in Hocking, where two people have been found with serious injuries — and a third is in custody.

Officers were called to the residence in Lotherton Way at around 4pm this afternoon, and a spokesperson has confirmed two people were found with “significant injuries.”

Another person, who was also at the address at the time, has now been taken into custody. Police are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.

Inquiries are continuing, and will do for some time.

The nature of the injuries, and the ages of the injured, are yet to be released.
