Australian-born, Nashville-based singer-songwriter Rick Price to head to South West for Hometown Tour

APRA award-winning Australian singer-songwriter Rick Price is touring the South West this month to “share some new songs and old favourites”. Price, now based out of the American country music capital of Nashville, Tennessee, returns to Australia for his Hometown Tour — named after his recently released 12th studio album. It’s his first with original music in nearly a decade. Before starting his tour in Queensland last month, he said he loved playing live and connecting with his audience. “I’m so excited to be coming to Australia to share some new songs and old favourites with my friends,” Price said. The performer will be accompanied on stage with Nashville musicians, including Dennis Crouch on bass, Fred Eltringham on drums, Tom Bukovac on guitar and Jimmy Wallace on the organ. As well as playing songs from the new album, audiences are promised Price’s show will have some of his classic hits including Heaven Knows and Not a Day Goes By. He will perform at The River in Margaret River on October 10 and Gatsbys Skyline in Manjimup on October 11.
