“WorkSafe Commissioner Sally North relayed her sincere condolences to the woman’s family, friends and colleagues.”

Witnesses described seeing people congregating near a damaged car in the towing yard after the early morning tragedy.

A white car with significant damage believed to be connected to the incident, was still on the back of the partially tipped tow truck in the towing yard of Autotow Services, and held in place by straps.
