A crash on Mitchell Freeway northbound is causing major delays for commuters as peak hour traffic hits Perth on Tuesday afternoon.
The crash is located after Reid Highway in Carine and was reported by Main Roads at 4.19pm.
The right lane of the Freeway was closed by Incident Response.
The crash has since been cleared but traffic remains slow leading up to the site.
