Dancing and cocktails to light night for charity

Crossfit Margaret River will host a cocktail dinner next Saturday at Black Brewing Co. to raise funds for mental health group LAMP Inc.

The fundraiser will feature food and drink, a DJ, dancing, and raffle prizes.

Organiser Nicole Robinson said the Light the Night fundraiser would give people a chance to dress up and let their hair down to support the charity.

“The whole purpose is to raise awareness and get people talking about mental health,” she said.

Mrs Robinson said local businesses had donated prizes.

She said the fundraiser would run from 7pm-midnight, with tickets costing $130 with alcoholic drinks or $80 without, from eventbrite.com.au.
