With just one more round of the 2022 AFLW home and away season to go, two of the South West’s best have continued to make an impact.

Manjimup’s Dana East featured once again in Fremantle’s 6.6 (42) to 4.4 (28) win over Sydney at Henson Park on Saturday.

East continued to apply plenty of pressure within the midfield, managing eight disposals, nine tackles and a goal during the third quarter.

However, East was on Monday reprimanded for a rough tackle on Sydney’s Montana Ham during the first quarter.

Meanwhile, Margaret River’s Ella Roberts caused some damage up forward in the West Coast Eagles’ 8.7 (55) to 3.5 (23) loss to Western Bulldogs at Mineral Resources Park on Saturday.

The young gun used her height to her advantage and took four marks for the match, including an impressive aerial effort during the second quarter.

She also finished with 11 disposals, three tackles and a minor score.
