Perth CBD traffic delays due to a police incident

Motorists have been warned to expect traffic delays as police respond to an incident in the Perth CBD.

They have been advised to avoid Roe Street, between William Street and Beaufort Street, as road blocks are in place and to drive with caution.

It is believed the delays will be in place for some time.

Emergency services are at the scene.
