Bobby Hill’s remarkable journey from testicular cancer survivor to Norm Smith medallist will now be used to help inspire others.

The West Australian, who lit up football’s biggest stage in an historic grand final performance for Collingwood in last year’s grand final, has been revealed as an ambassador for Movember.

The Northam product was diagnosed with testicular cancer at the age of 22 while playing for Greater Western Sydney.

He has spoken openly about his experience with cancer as a young father and an athlete, paying tribute to a strong support network around him.

Movember is the advocacy group behind the movement which calls on Australian men to grow a moustache during November to raise funds and awareness for men’s health issues — including testicular and prostate cancer and men’s mental health.
