Raid uncovers gun, drugs say police
Margaret River Police raided a home last Friday and allegedly uncovered drugs as well as a gun with a silencer.
The homemade firearm, 23 cannabis plants, cannabis material and smoking implements were seized and several occupants were charged, according to Sergeant Luke Fowler.
A 55-year-old man will face charges including unlicensed possession of a firearm, ammunition, and a silencer, as well as possessing cannabis, cultivating a prohibited plant, and drug utensils, at Margaret River Magistrate’s Court on December 10.
