Fremantle fans are holding onto hope that their beloved Dockers can still bring it home, despite a underwhelming first half.
At the jam-packed Federal Hotel, a little bit of rain didn’t scare off fans who heckled and screamed at the large courtyard televisions as the Sydney Swans seemingly win every 50-50 contest.
A few impressive goals and tackles had fans reared up before half time, but there is no denying supporters are anxious for the next half.
For die-hard Freo fan Angelina Wright, the best is certainly yet to come.
“Freo tends to perform better in the second half so we can only hope” she said.
